[Smwg] Response for AI 2017-0512-42 (Produce 1st cut of DDOR config parameters and indicate where they go in FRM)

CSSM Colleagues,

Attached please find a spreadsheet which is in response to the action item to produce an indication of where DDOR configuration parameters go with respect to the functional resource model. The list of DDOR parameters is taken from CCSDS 506.0-M-1 (Recommended Practice for Delta-DOR Operations).  The list of functional resources (essentially their major classifications) is taken from the latest spreadsheet from the CSTS working group. As you can see there are only I think a couple functional resources that get augmented with new parameters from considering DDOR. There are notes in the spreadsheet to indicate where I think this occurs.  The spreadsheet is also drawn from previous work mapping the DDOR parameters into the CSSM information entities.   For the purposes of looking at the functional resource model mapping this can be ignored but I thought it would be useful as eventually we also have to consider how this fits with the CSSM books.    I propose to discuss this at the upcoming teleconference on February 6th.
