Dear All,
I have elaborated a little the inputs received and I drafted the
attached 3-rooms-compliant SLS schedule.
With this proposal SLS requests always 3 rooms with two exceptions:
- Monday morning we request two rooms
- Friday afternoon we request only one room for the SLS Plenary

This proposal is not matching perfectly all your requests, but - as it is
matching the 3 rooms/day allocation - it is likely to be approved without
any change.
Some WG may also decide to have a room Friday afternoon if they are able
to run same activity without the WG Chair(s).

Consider also that if you have a big under usage of allocated rooms, you
may get reprimands.

Of course I am available to modify this proposal, but please consider that
if we exceed the 3 rooms/day allocation we may face a request/command to
adapt.

Please reply by 7 July COB.

Regards

Gian Paolo
