have elaborated a little the inputs received and I drafted the attached
 3-rooms-compliant SLS schedule.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">With this proposal SLS requests always
3 rooms with two exceptions:</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">- Monday morning we request two rooms</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">- Friday afternoon we request only one
room for the SLS Plenary</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">This proposal is not matching perfectly
all your requests, but - as it is matching the 3 rooms/day allocation -
it is likely to be approved without any change.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Some WG may also decide to have a room
Friday afternoon if they are able to run same activity without the WG Chair(s).</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Consider also that if you have a big
under usage of allocated rooms, you may get reprimands.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Of course I am available to modify this
proposal, but please consider that if we exceed the 3 rooms/day allocation
we may face a request/command to adapt.</font>

2016 meeting:</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">There will be a food catering at ASI
for all CCSDS participants (60 € for 5 days). There are no restaurants
nearby.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Additional information per participant
is needed to access ASI premises. They will be included in the registration
page.</font>
