[MOIMS] MOIMS RIDs Disposition

Pleased find below MOIMS disposition to the RIDs, and the proposed modifications
(according to our RID acceptance, partial or fully) to the charters (some of
them not in the final format, but attached for the sake of completeness).

The last general RID from Peter is not included, due to late arrival. It will be
handled by MOIS next week.
