Ive put some suggested text to respond to comments 22,23 and 36 in the
appropriate rows in the spreadsheet.

You did a remarkable job dispositioning my comments. There are only 3
comments whose response does not seem completely satisfactory  to me. These
are BBh22, BBh23 & BBh36. You will find them in the file attached to this
mail.

Hello David,

Please find my comments inserted in the attached file. My main points
address:

*	The preservation objectives : it is a new feature you have added in
this version, but it may have major impacts on the design of the OAIS and in
this document, these objectives do not seem to be defined at the beginning
of the development of the OAIS nor validated by Management, which concerns
me.
*	the definitions that are not in line with the ones used by the SM&C
WG and by other groups and should be reviewed

I remain at your disposal to discuss them.
