Dear Mark Conrad,

On acceptance of your submission titled OAIS Version 3 Draft Updates, we asked you to revise your contribution by addressing any by the reviewers suggested improvements and re-submit your contribution by 28 June at the latest.

As you might have seen in the iPRES 2019 Newsletter or on the website, this year we will have a Conference app available. In this app and on the conference website, the programme, as well as your submission (as a link to the pdf you have submitted) will be available for conference participants. As an extra gesture to the audience we are planning to add abstracts to the programme. For this we will make use of your Abstract as shown in the "Abstract" field on the Easy Chair submission overview page.

As we just recently decided to take this approach, we will give you extra time to revise your contribution, especially the Abstract. Deadline for revisions is extended to 8 July.

Please note that Abstract will be used as additional information for your submission and presentation, panel, poster, workshop, tutorial or demonstration. So try to keep the Abstract as short as possible (no more than 200 Words) and easy to read, promoting your submission.

Best wishes,
Marcel Ras
iPRES 2019 General Chair
