Dear all

The poll has failed due to lack of quorum
    See Proc & Org YB

I suggest to extend the poll according to section 5.3.5.4.4.3

CESG E-Poll Identifier: CESG-P-2016-06-001 Approval to release CCSDS
732.1-R-1, Unified Space Link Protocol (Red Book, Issue 1) for CCSDS
   Agency review
Results of CESG poll beginning 30 June 2016 and ending 15 July 2016:
                    Abstain: 0 (0%)
Approve Unconditionally: 2 (66.67%) (Merri, Barton)
Approve with Conditions: 1 (33.33%) (Shames)
    Disapprove with Comment: 0 (0%)
   CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:
Peter Shames (Approve with Conditions): In reading thru this document
I have found a number of editorial issues, but for the most part the
document is in pretty good shape. Most of the identified issues are
about clarity and presentation, but there are a few editorial issues as well.
Much of the complexity is due to covering both fixed and variable
length frames and both TC & TM coding and synch approaches. Likewise
the inclusion of both COP-1 and COP-P adds complexity that could be
further worked. I am assuming that a book of this complexity and
impact may well go through more than one Red Book review, so the WG
may wish to send it out in its current form to gather a broader set
of inputs before tackling these issues.
This is a revised submission following a review of the complete document.

CESG E-Poll Identifier: CESG-P-2016-06-002 Approval to release CCSDS
766.2-R-1, Voice and Audio Communications (Red Book, Issue 1) for
   CCSDS Agency review
Results of CESG poll beginning 30 June 2016 and ending 15 July 2016:
                    Abstain: 0 (0%)
Approve Unconditionally: 3 (60%) (Merri, Cola, Barton)
Approve with Conditions: 2 (40%) (Shames, Calzolari)
    Disapprove with Comment: 0 (0%)
   CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:
Peter Shames (Approve with Conditions): This is intended to be an
CCSDS Blue Book, but it reads more like a cookbook for a small subset
of agencies. As such it is somewhat off-base in terms of what is
usually published as a Blue Book, but it likely still serves a useful
purpose for those who require it.
However, there are a number of issues with style and accuracy.
Incorrect references, acronyms used without definitions, lots of
products identified without references to standards, etc. I marked a
bunch of them, but not all by any means. I recommend that they be
fixed before this is sent out to agency review.
Gian Paolo Calzolari (Approve with Conditions): See attached file.
NOTE: There can be a general issue of alignment of this book with
respect to CFDP Blue Book in the sense that this books looks for an
alignment with CFDP Issue 5 while the CFDP version in force is 4 and
e.g. it ignores DTN. This may an issue for CESG.
