Most of the identified issues are <br>about clarity and presentation, but there are a few editorial issues as well.<br>Much of the complexity is due to covering both fixed and variable <br>length frames and both TC & TM coding and synch approaches. Likewise <br>the inclusion of both COP-1 and COP-P adds complexity that could be <br>further worked. As such it is somewhat off-base in terms of what is <br>usually published as a Blue Book, but it likely still serves a useful <br>purpose for those who require it.<br>However, there are a number of issues with style and accuracy. <br>Incorrect references, acronyms used without definitions, lots of <br>products identified without references to standards, etc. I marked a <br>bunch of them, but not all by any means. I recommend that they be <br>fixed before this is sent out to agency review.<br>Gian Paolo Calzolari (Approve with Conditions): See attached file. <br>NOTE: There can be a general issue of alignment of this book with <br>respect to CFDP Blue Book in the sense that this books looks for an <br>alignment with CFDP Issue 5 while the CFDP version in force is 4 and <br>e.g. it ignores DTN.
