[Tc20-sc13] Meeting schedule

CMC, CESG and SC13 members:  There have been some changes to the future meeting plans, so I am sending this note to summarize the situation.

Spring 2010:  No change.  Plans are still...

*         CCSDS Technical WG meetings, 3-7 May, Portsmouth VA, hosted by NASA

*         CESG will follow the Tech WG meetings, 10-11 May, Portsmouth VA, hosted by NASA

*         CMC and SC13 meetings will be in Brazil, Sao Jose dos Campos, 7-10 June, hosted by INPE.

More details on the exact schedule for the CMC/SC13 meeting in Brazil:

* Monday, 7 June (PM) - CMC meeting

* Tuesday, 8 June- CMC meeting

* Wednesday, 9 June- CMC meeting

* Thursday, 10 June (morning) - SC13 meeting

* Thursday, 10 June (afternoon)  - Facility tour

Fall 2010:  There has been some confusion because during the CMC meeting in Noordwijk we discussed moving the meetings a week later.  However, facility limitations in London prohibit that time shift, so we are back to the original plan, described below.   IMPORTANT:  The CMC meeting will be held jointly with the IOAG.  However because of that extra schedule load, there will not be an SC13 meeting during this meeting cycle.
The Fall 2010 plan is:

*         CCSDS Technical WG meetings on the week of 25-29 Oct, London UK, hosted by BNSC

*         CESG/CMC/IOAG meeting on the week of 1-5 Nov, London, UK, hosted by BNSC

Spring 2011:  No change.

*         CCSDS Technical WG meetings on the week of May 16-20, Berlin DE, hosted by DLR (JOINT WITH SC14)

*         CESG/CMC/SC13 meetings on the week of 23-27 May, Berlin DE, hosted by DLR

Fall 2011:  Proposed change to the location of the CESG/CMC/ISO meeting

*         CCSDS Technical WG meetings will be hosted by NASA, 31 Oct, following the ITC conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

*         It has been proposed that the CESG/CMC/SC13 meeting would be hosted by the Russian FSA in Moscow or St. Petersburg.  Primary option is the week of 5 December, but it could be a week earlier or later.  For discussion at the next CMC meeting.

Spring 2012 will not be in conjunction with SpaceOps 2012, as discussed at the last meeting.  The late (June) date for the SpaceOps conference caused too many problems by imbalancing the meeting cycle.     Therefore, ESA is developing another proposal for hosting the Spring 2010 meeting, to be discussed at the next CMC meeting.
