extra schedule load, there will not be an SC13 meeting during this meeting

conference caused too many problems by imbalancing the meeting cycle. Therefore,
ESA is developing another proposal for hosting the Spring 2010 meeting, to be
discussed at the next CMC meeting. <o:p></o:p></p>
