[cssm] CSSM Spring 2020 virtual meetings summary

Thanks Erik for the Minutes,

I think there are two more aspects to Pint 10 (Assessment of Virtual Meetings):

- Time was way too short. Maybe there are WG's which are fine with that, but for the amount of things we have to discuss, we normally manage to fill full 4-5 days (our sessions from 9am till 6pm were not unusual). Also there are possibly some persons excluded by that (far East / Australia).

- Missing white board session (which would be now VERY good for our FRM/SACP discussions). I know that there are some online-collaboration tools for doing things like that, but still ability to throw the pen on the floor and shouting to your counterpart directly is possibly desired (not that I would like to do that to anybody in our WG, but alone the capability to do that is great, isn't it?).

And on the optimistic part of everything - it seems we have still so much to do in the WG, that we easily can overcome another two or three pandemics ;-) (ok.. a little black-humor, but I could not stand back).

Take care everybody!
Have a nice weekend
Marcin

Subject: [cssm] CSSM Spring 2020 virtual meetings summary

CSSM Colleagues,

Attached is the meeting summary for the Spring Virtual meetings on May 4, 5, and 7. Corrections appreciated. The notes have also been uploaded to the teleconference folder on CWE: Meeting Materials --> 2020 --> Spring-Virtual Meetings.

Also attached is the updated action item list which has also been posted to the action item folder in the CWE private space. There were no new actions coming out of the Spring 2020 virtual meetings.

Our next telecon is scheduled for May 26.

I think, WebEx gremlins aside, that the meetings went as well as they could have in a virtual format. My sincere thanks for everyone who attended the virtual meetings.

Best regards,

-Erik
