And to add some preliminary comments...

A nice start. A few things come to mind as perhaps things to discuss at the Berlin meetings.

1) there is an orientation for science missions which I think is probably a good 90% of the use case for addressing but there is an also the question of thinking about this point of view of supporting a manned mission. That may in fact bring more of a need for supporting dynamic situations not quite in line with all of the planning identified in the concept.

2) I think the concept should address the notion of short notice/and or emergency services. This might very well bypass large portions of the processes identified in the concept.

3) Do we need to consider a concept that accommodates "lightweight" missions -- in other words, does a potential increase in the number of cubesats have a bearing on our concept? How might this differ from our typical more "traditional" missions in terms of management services?

Best regards,
-Erik

Hi Colin,

I had a look, and seems okay as far now (as you say - work in progress).
The only point I have is - I noticed you touch on state machines at the end of TN (which is for this TN very desirable). As I'm working on State Machine TN right now (first draft I will bring hopefully in few days) we have to see we get this synchronized...

Best Regards
Marcin

Dear all,
I've just uploaded the first draft of the TN on Concept for service management services. This is the result of the brainstorming session betwwen Holger, Anthony and myself and should be very much considered a work in progress.

The TN can be found at the following URL.

Cheers for now,

Colin
