Dear all,
as well as the usual CCSDS meeting registration it is
necessary that all non-US citizens attending the meeting also register
with NIST no later than 30 March 2018 (and earlier is probably better).
Details and link are below as well as on the CCSDS Spring 2018 meeting
webpage.
Cheers for now,
Colin
Registering as a Guest with NIST:
Please do not register with NIST until after you have registered on the
CWE. All meeting attendees, IOAG MOSSG, Technical Plenary, and CESG, who
are not US citizens, will need to register with NIST on the NIST
Conference Registration Website after completing registration on the CWE.
Please Click Here to register with NIST. All non-US citizens must register
with NIST no later than 30 March 2018. This registration system takes the
place of the NIST 1260 forms previously posted here. If you already
submitted a NIST 1260, please still complete registration above. After you
submit your information, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do
not submit your information on NIST's Conference Registration Website, you
will not be allowed on campus and will be unable to take part in the
meetings.
In the week prior to the meetings, all attendees will receive a "Dash
Pass". Please print this pass and bring it with you to the meetings.
Whether you are arriving by personal vehicle or bus/taxi, the Dash Pass
along with an accepted form of photo identification, valid passports
(original only) accepted, will allow attendees to enter the NIST campus
without stopping at the Visitor Center.
For attendees arriving by taxi or bus, you will arrive at the Visitor
Center where you will present your Dash Pass and identification. You will
be directed to Building 101 by the staff at the gate. Building 101 is a
0.8 km walk from the Visitor Center so please dress according to the
weather.
Meeting attendees who plan to arrive by personal vehicle should plan to
enter the NIST campus by Gate F on East Drive. Present your Dash Pass and
identification and you will be directed to Building 101. Parking is free
and visitors may park in any space not marked or reserved. Please hang
your Parking Pass of Dash Pass on your vehicle's rear view mirror or place
it on your vehicle's dashboard where it will be visible from the vehicle's
exterior.
