as well as the usual CCSDS
meeting registration it is necessary that all non-US citizens attending
the meeting also register with NIST <b><i>no later than 30 March 2018</i></b>
(and earlier is probably better). Details and link are below as well as
on the CCSDS Spring 2018 meeting webpage.</span>

<br><span style=" font-size:12pt">Registering as a Guest with NIST:</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:12pt">Please do not register with NIST until
after you have registered on the CWE. All meeting attendees, IOAG MOSSG,
Technical Plenary, and CESG, who are not US citizens, will need to register
with NIST on the NIST Conference Registration Website after completing

NIST. All non-US citizens must register with NIST no later than 30 March

registration above.</b> After you submit your information, you will receive
a confirmation email. <b>If you do not submit your information on NIST's
Conference Registration Website, you will not be allowed on campus and
will be unable to take part in the meetings.</b> </span>

<br><span style=" font-size:12pt">In the week prior to the meetings, all
attendees will receive a "Dash Pass". Please print this pass
and bring it with you to the meetings. Whether you are arriving by personal
vehicle or bus/taxi, the Dash Pass along with an accepted form of photo
identification, valid passports (original only) accepted, will allow attendees
to enter the NIST campus without stopping at the Visitor Center. </span>

<br><span style=" font-size:12pt">For attendees arriving by taxi or bus,
you will arrive at the Visitor Center where you will present your Dash
Pass and identification. You will be directed to Building 101 by the staff
at the gate. Building 101 is a 0.8 km walk from the Visitor Center so please
dress according to the weather.</span>

<br><span style=" font-size:12pt">Meeting attendees who plan to arrive
by personal vehicle should plan to enter the NIST campus by Gate F on East
Drive. Present your Dash Pass and identification and you will be directed
to Building 101. Parking is free and visitors may park in any space not
marked or reserved. Please hang your Parking Pass of Dash Pass on your
vehicle's rear view mirror or place it on your vehicle's dashboard where
it will be visible from the vehicle's exterior.</span>
