[Smwg] Service Catalog - latest draft

Dear CSSM Colleagues,

 

The latest version of the Service Catalog draft is attached. It is
simplified compared to the last draft albeit that I've added some material
from the old Service Agreement and Service Catalog draft that still seems
useful. It needs more work to define an agreed set of parameters that are in
line with the other developing specifications.
