[Smwg] Response to AI 2016-0408-4 (DDOR Lifecycle and CSSM Info Entities)

At the Cleveland I took an action to develop a preliminary DDOR lifecycle (re management activities) and perform an initial analysis as to usage of the CSSM information entities.  Attached is the response to the AI.  Comments, questions welcome.
