Dear SLS-OPT members,

Thanks for the efficient meeting today.
Please find below the results of the polls of today's meetings:
1. Organisation of the book 141 and 142:
Option A: All three coding schemes shall be kept in one book.

4: CNES, NASA, ESA, NICT



Option B: Three coding schemes shall be described in separate books.

2: DLR, JAXA

2. Add additional code rate for LDPC:
Option A: Keep coding rates.

2: NASA, ESA



Option B: Add 9/10 code rate to O3K for LPDC.
4: CNES, DLR, JAXA, NICT
