[Sls-slp] Action item - Brent Andres - Statement of Problem Order of COP vs SDLS

Dear SLP and SDLS WGs,

Attached is the completed action item from today’s SLP WG meeting from Brent Andres, NASA-GSFC stating the problem of the current  SDLS-COP order of processing – which is currently documented in TC SDLP in Chapter 6.

This view will be presented at our joint SLP – SDLS meeting at 16:00 on this Wed. Oct 19.
