Please find the most up-to-date version of the Encapsulation Packet Protocol (to replace the Encapsulation Service Blue Book) on the SLP WG CWE site at: http://tinyurl.com/y2ddgt8x

We will discuss this version at the upcoming SLP WG meeting at NASA Ames in early May.
