[Sls-slp] Draft SPP/ Encap Revisions and list of SLP common terms and occurrences for review

Dear SLP WG member,

Please find two new word files for your review in the CWE under this URL:

The first is the current draft version of the Space Packet Protocol (SPP). It contains all the required annexes (PICS Proforma as well as the SANA and Security annex) and brings up to date the document based upon our discussions in the working group.

The second is the current draft version of the Encapsulation Service revised as the Encapsulation Protocol. Here the SPP has been removed. We believe protocol more aptly characterizes Encapsulation than service. Enclosed is also the current Encap Service Blue Book for comparison purposes.

The third file in the Spring 2019 folder contains a list of occurrences of the most common terms appearing in our SLS-SLP documents. This work is supporting the Magenta book on SLS area common terms. Please see this URL:
