<p class="MsoNormal">The second is the current draft version of the Encapsulation Service revised as the Encapsulation Protocol. Here the SPP has been removed. We believe protocol more aptly characterizes Encapsulation than service. Enclosed is also the current
Encap Service Blue Book for comparison purposes.<o:p></o:p></p>
