[Sls-slp] [SLP] USLP procedures defined in Chapter 4 impacted by TC Coding book actually used

Greg,
        I tried to put here in a couple of slides what we discussed today 
about theUSLP procedures defined in Chapter 4 impacted by TC Coding book 
actually used.
Now that the WG agree (TBC in Cleveland) not to use the TC feature 
allowing multiple frames in a CLTU, it looks as the impact is limited to 
OID Frames and to CRC insertion.
Comments and a better analisys is of course welcome.
