Dear All,

please find the updated document mentioned above. Changes are as per Wai's 
remarks:

We have looked over the discrepancy and updated the slides for tomorrow. I 
have added some additional information to clarify some points and attached 
the new presentation.  Please refer to slides 2 and 10.  The discrepancy 
were typos that were caused by improper cutting and pasting.  Thanks to 
Marco.
