stand-along white-1 REC 2.4.25 that should ease your task to review it by 
the next meeting.

As discussed, attached is the updated draft recommendation for 26 GHz 
inter-satellite modulations with the following statement added to the 
considerings:
 
d.      that the SFCG has recommended2 that lunar surface-to-lunar orbit 
links use the 25.5-27 GHz band and that lunar relay-to-relay crosslinks 
use the 27-27.5 GHz band;
