Dear Jim,

thanks for the document. I noted that there is only one revision, the 
deletion of recommends 8 explained with a comment:

DDOR WG thinks recommends (8) should be deleted, since recommends (10) 
already gives an absolute specification for PDOR/No.  Telecom design 
should have flexibility to select modulation index that meets (10) and 
perhaps also allows for telemetry downlink.

that does not seem appropriate. Additionally, I noted that the version 
included as Annex A contains instead recommends 8.

Can you please check what happened?

Here is a version W-2 of the Recommendation 2.5.7B that shows the revision 
marks from the Input Paper presented last Fall.

Dear Christopher and Jim, 

could you send out a version of this document showing the rev marks in 
Appendix A with respect to the previous version? This is the normal modus 
operandi of the RFM WG. Alternatively, you can just send REC 2.5.7B 
(version White XX) as stand alone doc with the needed rev marks 
(strikethrough for deletion, underline for addition).
