Dear Christopher and Jim,

could you send out a version of this document showing the rev marks in 
Appendix A with respect to the previous version? This is the normal modus 
operandi of the RFM WG. Alternatively, you can just send REC 2.5.7B 
(version White XX) as stand alone doc with the needed rev marks 
(strikethrough for deletion, underline for addition).
