please see below the first set of comments received. They were provided by
Wai who did indicate he had no comments on SLS-RFM_20-03.
Please do not start replying at this stage. On May 6, I will discuss with
Jim how to handle all received comments.

Here are my comments to these two papers:
Comments to SLS-RFM_20-04: If predistortion is required according to
SLS-RFM_20-05, then why is it not in the considerings or recommendations?
Comments to SLS-RFM_20-05: 1. What form of predistortion is used in the
implementation? How much additional complexity is added? 2. It is not
clear to me how the frequency hopping achieves high sub-carrier frequency
separation. The subcarrier spectrum becomes disjointed according to
diagram. Please elaborate further.
