[Sls-mhdc] [EXTERNAL] Revised draft CCSDS-120.2-G-2 (Green Book for CCSDS-123.0-B-2) uploaded

Dear Working Group,

A revised draft is available:
	CWE Private / 123.1-B / GreenBook / 120x2g2-2019.10.11.docx

This one incorporates inputs from Mark, Ian, and Lucana. Integrating inputs is a somewhat manual process, so it’s possible that I didn’t quite get everything right.
