[SLS-CC] draft MoM and SLS proposal on TF slicing

Sorry for coming back late on completing the MoM of our Spring 2023 meeting.

Based on the comments received, you will find in attachment the word file with the changes implemented so that you cross check them.
Assuming that they can be finalized, I already generated the final PDF file (in attachment), and I uploaded it on CWE at

Finally, about the TF slicing proposal by SLS plenary, I understand that we can thus proceeding with the approach of having a bitstream as input to the C&S layer.
Thus, Ken can proceed in drafting the updated 131.0-B accordingly, as per AI_23_02

I hope this finds you well and you had a good trip back.
You can find in attachment the draft MoM for the C&S WG, including the joint meetings with RFM, SLP, and OPT.

When reviewing if you could please pay particular attention about the TF slicing. I tried to capture in sketches our technical agreements, and I'd like to be sure that we are on the same page.
Additionally, during SLS plenary, there was back the proposal of having a bitstream that I reported in this MoM for completeness (highlighted that was not part of C&S meeting), that I would like you to assess.
It is the same slicer technical implementation we derived, but with the difference that we allow a generic bitstream, agnostic of the upper layer.

By 30th June (three weeks from now), I was wondering if you could:
-let me know if you have any comment, including the proposed list of AIs and attendance
-let me know if there is any objection in going forward with the modified proposal that came out during SLS plenary.

Obviously in case of major doubts, I am also available to call a remote C&S meeting for further discussion
