[SLS-CC] FW: Resolution SLS-R-2023-07-004

Dear all,
I'm pleased to announce that we got the green light (SLS resolution) for publishing the 131.0-B with the PN17 randomizer.

I remember back in 2018, when I started to join CCSDS meetings physically more often, that I saw the first proposal for the PN17. But maybe discussions started even well before.
Let me express my congratulations to the working group(s): it took time, but I think it was worth it. I see the specification as well consolidated, and will avoid a lot of issues in future missions.

I'm really looking forward to see this implemented in actual space missions, and finally avoid ad-hoc solutions like it happened in past
