[SLS-CC] C&S charter

Dear all,
 thanks for sending your inputs.

Based on the received inputs and the SLS plenary we had last week, we have 
this candidate charter.
Beyond few editorials, and the list of projects that is removed (in favour 
of a link to the Charter webpage that contains past/on-going C&S projects) 
that main change is to remove optical links, since these are currently 
under OPT WG Charter.

Could you let me know if there is any objection to the proposed charter by 
June 16th?
Afterwards I will send it to AD for CESG/CMC approval

Dear all, 
 I was checking the C&S charter status. for the upcoming SLS plenary. 

I believe that charter is still well aligned with our activities, so I 
would propose to keep it as it is, with the exception of removing some 
obsolete information about past projects. 
You can find my proposal below. 

In case you should have different suggestions, could you let me know by 
tomorrow 16:00 CET?
