[SLS-CC] C&S charter

Dear all,
 I was checking the C&S charter status. for the upcoming SLS plenary.

I believe that charter is still well aligned with our activities, so I 
would propose to keep it as it is, with the exception of removing some 
obsolete information about past projects.
You can find my proposal below.

In case you should have different suggestions, could you let me know by 
tomorrow 16:00 CET?
