[SLS-CC] first batch of WG resolutions

Dear Ignacio,
 as agreed I am preparing a digest of of the SLS pending resolutions 
following C&S WG resolutions, This is a first batch of 5 resolutions.
I will provide a second batch in the coming days.

1) To publish the VCM technical corringendum (431-B) in attachment, 
clarifying the use of pseudo-randomization at TF level, the PL header 
definition, and the applicability of 401-B


2)To publish an editorial update of SCCC-X (131.21-O) and DVB-S2X 
(131.31-O) in attachment, that replaces the word CADU with SMTF, for 
harmonization with the nomenclature in CCSDS 131.0-B TM synch and coding, 
and clarifies the applicability of 401-B


3)To publish Issue 2 of DVB-S2  (131.3-B) following Agency review held 
this July, and including an editorial update that replaces the word CADU 
with SMTF for harmonization with the nomenclature in CCSDS 131.0-B TM 
synch and coding

(NOTE: this file already includes the RID resolution)


4)To start the Agency Review of CCSDS 131.0-B TM synch and coding 
implementing the new pseudo-randomiser for high data rates




5) To publish CCSDS 131.0-B TM, Issue 4, following Agency review, with the 
following RID disposition
