We at CCSDS are actively monitoring the global COVID-19 health situation.
We feel it is too early to make a final decision regarding the CCSDS
meetings scheduled for May 2020. We are aware that many members of the
CCSDS community currently face travel restrictions that would prevent
their participation. The members of the CCSDS Management Councils will be
consulted before any final decisions are taken.

Registration for the CCSDS meetings is opening now in the eventuality that
the meetings are able to continue as planned. The CCSDS Secretariat will
inform you of any changes to the plans for the spring 2020 meetings
through emails to the CCSDS-All mailing list and posts on the public
website. If you have any concerns or questions, please let us know at
Secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org.

IMPORTANT: Please note the following instructions and process:
1) All Meeting Registrants must have a CWE login. If you do not, then you
may request one at http://cwe.ccsds.org/ReqLogin.aspx. Several of the
links in this e-mail will prompt you for your CWE Login.
2) All Users should review their User Profile before registering for the
spring 2020 Meetings.
3) After your meeting registration is submitted you will receive a
confirmation e-mail, like in previous registrations, and you will also
receive a URL which allows you to edit your registration, even after
registration closes.
Registration will close on Friday, 3 April 2020, four weeks before the
start of the technical meetings to provide sufficient time for final
logistics planning and attendee registration by NASA. If your attendance
at the meetings is tentative, please register now. You may cancel your
registration at a later date should it become necessary.
As with the CCSDS meetings last spring in Mountain View California, all
CCSDS meeting attendees will need to register with NASA Marshall Space
Flight Center in addition to registering on the CWE. We are endeavoring to
make this process as simple as possible and will inform all registrants of
the procedure as soon as it is finalized.
All attendees that require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes should
already have their letter. However, if you do not have a letter, please
contact the Secretariat (Secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org) immediately so one
can be arranged.
As always, dress for the Technical Plenary meeting is Business Casual.

We look forward to seeing you in Huntsville, Alabama.
