    Below is my comments to the TC Green book:
 
    The terms "horizontal" and "vertical" in section 9.7 are confused with 
each other in several places, I have modified in the origial word.doc, 
please see the attached file.

coding green book, cleaning it up and modifying the order of encoding and 
randomisation (for LDPC) as agreed also for the Blue Book (further email 
coming soon).

the new version of the book later this year. 
Can you please provide your comments by 9 March (5 weeks)?
