[SLS-CC] TM coding Green Book: review of material on burst noise and turbo code - deadline in 2 weeks

Dear colleagues,

this morning the WG took the action of reviewing the proposed material on 
turbo codes under burst noise conditions, (pg 14-16 of the pdf) to be 
added  to 
the TM coding Green book.
Comments, if any, are due by 6 November 2019 (2 weeks). Following the 
deadline, I will proceed asking for a resolution for the publication of 
the TM Green Book
