WG took the action of reviewing the proposed material on turbo codes under
burst noise conditions, (pg 14-16 of the pdf) to be added to </span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">the TM coding
Green book.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Comments, if any,
are due by 6 November 2019 (2 weeks). Following the deadline, I will proceed
asking for a resolution for the publication of the TM Green Book</span>
