As discussed during today's conf call, I'd suggest having a third
iteration around the end of the Summer to close the remaining points on
the table for the uplink coding issue:
1. Precise (64 bit) sequence to adopt for start sequence
2. Feedback on feasibility of in-band information and, in case,
confirmation of its use for CLTU termination
3. (following point 2, if agreed) detailed implementation of in-band
strategy: one-shot confirmed (over distributed solutions), 1 byte
(instead of 2) if sufficient...
