[Sis-exec] Draft of SIS-R1005-002

Any discussion of this draft resolution amongst folks?  I hope to
submit it for CESG balloting by the end of the week.
 
CONSIDERING that
 
Mr. Richard Carper is currently chair of the SIS CFDP Interoperability
Testing WG, and that
he has retired and is no longer funded by NASA, and that
Mr. Massimiliano Ciccone is currently the deputy chair of that WG,
intimately familiar 
with its work and funded by ESA to represent them to complete the
testing,
 
And RECOGNIZING that
 
The working group is in need of a new chair to properly complete its
program of work,
 
The CESG RESOLVES to
 
Thank Mr. Carper for his many years of dedicated service to CCSDS, and
to
Recommend to the CMC that Mr. Max Ciccone become the new chair of the 
CFDP Interoperability Testing WG.
