[Sis-exec] FW: SLS and SIS papers at ITC-2004

 Scott, Dick, as chairmen of CFDP-related groups, please rally support for
Adrian's request.  Would be good for NASA/ESA/CNES all to author papers.
One on interoperability testing procedures and results would also probably
be apropos.
