[Sis-dtn] CMC poll for the BPv7 orange book

Hi Bob,

Just for your info, a CMC poll for approving the publication of the BPv7 orange book has been now instructed with closure on April 1st. If everything works afterwards smoothly enough the book could be published in April. As to the point of already publishing the current draft as is and in general push for such a possibility for stable draft documents, there was no reaction from CESG. I've in any case requested to address this point in the next CESG telco planned for April 9TH.
