I have uploaded the latest draft of the Compressed Bundle Status Reporting and Custody Signalling - Orange Book to CWE

This draft should be complete in terms of technical specification (but missing some of the non-normative sections).

I would welcome a (final) review by the DTN WG in terms of technical content (and also appreciate help/suggestion for the non-normative sections).
