Actually the intent of the work on ipn-scheme upgrades is that they should go directly into JPL ION rather than going into IONe first. The code base I’m working with is a branch off the current ION baseline integration branch; its name has got a 4.1.4 prefix. This is what Jay and I had agreed on several weeks ago, since APL is requiring this feature for an early release of COR. If we need to be going in a different direction please let me know.
My apologies for missing the meeting but I think attending the IETF TIPTOP WG meeting was the right use of my time: I took a bunch of notes that I hope will help us all understand the “deep space IP” initiative.

Orange book is in the shared area for ccsds. Spreadsheet is also there. Looking for feedback on the MIB spreadsheet.
Camillo: reference scenario status update -- will publish new files on CWE fixing small issues. Should publish book in a bit.
