Josh: Latest BIBE and QoS drafts?

Marc: Scott's new hierarchical ipn scheme code will show up in ion-e first
but should be incorporated into JPL-ion after its gone through JPL's
testing.

Interoperability testing for BPv7: making progress; ION and D3TN installed,
configured, and ready to start (or maybe has already started)

Simon: attended the IETF sessions.

   - Ed talked about reliability.
   - Scott talked about the architecture update.
   - Benjamin Dowling (UK) presented on bundle security.
   - Alberto talked about BIBE-CT

Orange book is in the shared area for ccsds.  Spreadsheet is also
there.  Looking
for feedback on the MIB spreadsheet.

Camillo: reference scenario status update -- will publish new files on CWE
fixing small issues.  Should publish book in a bit.
