[Sis-csi] Endpoints spreadsheet

All,

   Here is the "endpoint" information in spreadsheet format.  There
are lots of empty cells but there is something to look at.  See if
this is making any sense and if you could fill in any cells with
useful information.  I'm still not sure where this table is going
but trying to fill it in brings up lots of questions.
