[Sis-ams] Green Book/Test Plan & Possible Spec Correction

Hello all,

 

I've tried out David's interoperability test plan (running my
implementation on two different machines) and have found the test plan
to be straightforward and easy to follow.  There are some minor bugs in
the details, but overall I think this will be a great test plan to use
in Berlin.
