[Sea-time] Time Management WG agenda

Attached is the draft agenda for the Time Management Working Group 
meeting in Darmstadt.

I encourage you to volunteer to present on a relevant topic, including 
but not limited to:

  * Review of time correlation and time synchronization protocols for space
  * How your space agency manages spacecraft time
  * Mission requirements relating to time management
  * Cross support scenarios

This is a new Working Group -- please keep it vibrant by stepping up and 
participating.

Please notify me of your intent to present.  The deadline for this is 
October 14, at which time I will publish the final agenda.
