Dear SAWG,

We have made good progress on the on the Green Book.  In my review I identified some topics that needed further discussion.  You will have seen some traffic related to that today.   Roger and Ray have been reviewing my edits and adding their own materials, so this meeting will get us all back in synch on this.

We have made progress on the SOIS / MOIS Yellow Book too, but closing is still awaiting the last of the inputs from the MOIMS AD which continue to be delayed.
