[SEA-exec] Request to update SEA Opening Plenary slides

Dear SEA WG chairs & SANA Operator,

The London, UK working meetings are little more than a scant two (2) weeks away.  In my usual, wait till nearly the last minute, style I am now working to pull together the necessary materials for the meetings.  One of these is the Opening Plenary into of the SEA program of work to the CCSDS Plenary.

I have attached the intro slides from the spring meeting Plenary.  I would like you to do three things:


  1.  Please edit the Plans and Problems / issues for your WG, keep it clear and concise
  2.  Return this to me in one week, no later than CoB, Friday, 25 October 2024
  3.  In your reply email inform me separately of any other concerns, cross-WG or cross-Area, or SANA issues that you did not feel needed to be stated in these Plenary materials

We will, as usual, be holding an SEA Plenary on the closing day, Friday, 8 November 2024.  Please prepare your usual set of “this is what we accomplished” slides.  It would be ideal if you could send them to me prior to Friday afternoon.  The summary version of all of our materials that I presented to the CESG, which is extracted from your slides and the SANA report, is attached.  To the extent that you can, at the very least, provide me with updated materials in this form it would be much appreciated.  Makes my job easier.
