      Subject: [CESG] Change in Secretariat Personnel

      As of today, Mr. Gary Forrester, who has been providing Engineering
      support, and most recently Documentation support upon Mr.  Harris'
      departure, will no longer be supporting the CCSDS and SC13 Secretariat.
      He has taken a position with another company.  We wish him well in his
      new endeavor.

      BTAS, Inc., is in the process of finding someone to fill the
      Engineering and Documentation positions as soon as possible.
